Tubtop C in Grayslake IL. Very nice setting, close to the back door to home .. this one is installed over a Jacuzzi J345.
Tubtop Cover Storage – Hot tubs achieve much of their thermal efficiency from heavily insulated covers. Tubtops are designed to allow adequate space for these spa covers to operate and be stored when the spa is in use.
Coverlift devices are now widely used with hot tubs. Lift devices add power assist and stability to cover operation. A neatly arranged, specially designed lift can be added to the interior of a Tubtop.
EXTENDED CORNERS: Tubtop optional extended corners .. replaces the standard support legs. This new Tubtop version allows more space within, for example, use of coverlifts that require more clearance for operation.
Our design department developed this alternative for Tim in Florida who’s installation is shown here.
Tubtop FS in San Jose CA. Nice spot! This is over a new Hot Spring spa. Our slate gray color matches up very well for Hot Spring.
“Snowblast from the past” One of our original Tubtops from 1989 was subject of this photo from Tim Bennett of Anchorage AK – Waterworks Hot Tubs. A freshly fallen 3 feet sits atop the sturdy structure we used to call the Shojimount. Owners of tub and top were undeterred from hot tub pleasures as this photo was taken just prior to daily soak. What fun huh!?
BEAUTIFUL SETTING! John in Michigan installed this model C just in time for a rain shower. This unit was done in a darker custom color gray called “Knight’s Armor”. We have a link to the PPG color selector on our web page so that customers can get a closer match on some of the 100’s of spa makes, models & colors out there.
Tubtop products have developed over time with the objective being increased performance as a protective structure. We maximize the use of varied materials based on the physical demands of each component or part. Time and development of substrate and coating technology make the current Tubtops far superior structures to prior versions.
Another model C fully enclosed Tubtop this one put up by Rick in snowy Wisconsin. Note addition of double doors at entry. We probably could have matched the spa color but customer was happy with 2-tone look. Nice.
“I purchased the Model B Tubtop Gazebo from Sequoia Spa Shelters, and it arrived at my home in Indiana in one large 750 lb crate without issue. The sections and parts within the crate were packed very securely, and each section was individually wrapped with obvious care. Absolutely no dings, dents, or scratches anywhere on the sections!
The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hardest part of the installation for me was attaching the legs to the side of my spa, since the sides of my spa are pseudo stone and raised in spots (not flat). I had to carve out small sections of each leg to allow it to fit flush against the side of the spa, but once that was done, the legs were secured to the upper portion of the spa. After the legs and base perimeter shelf were installed around the spa, the rest of the assembly came together very nicely. It almost assembled itself! I am an engineer, so I am used to seeing how parts fit together to form a complete assembly, and I have to say that this kit was obviously designed and manufactured with care. All the sections and parts fit together without gaps or without requiring much adjustment……and the final result is a very strong, practical, and beautiful gazebo. I expect that the materials that were chosen for this kit (redwood, polycarbonate, aluminum, etc) will last a very long time in all sorts of weather. The stain / paint on the wood and polycarbonate roof are very well done and the colors are very even. One comment I would make is that I expected the screws to be stainless steel for corrosion resistance, however the screws that came with the kit should last a fairly long time as well.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this Tubtop Gazebo. The extra options that I purchased with the kit, cover lift kit and the window opening blind, were just as high quality as the gazebo. I know that we will be spending more time in our spa, now that we have a secure gazebo to help protect us from the sun, rain, and snow. I highly recommend this Tubtop Gazebo to anyone wanting a cost effective, good looking, and quality spa gazebo kit that is easy to assemble and maintain.” Ross P. / Columbus IN
Another installed model C with double doors which is now a listed option at our website. This unit was for Buck in Dublin CA not to far from our facility. Our guys put the toolbelts on and installed it.
“Got the enclosure on Friday and the cover assist today. After a little work it went up and I’m very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the product. Actually makes it cooler in the Texas sun and will hopefully protect this new hot tub. I have to say it was truly worth the wait and would recommend this product to anyone looking to put up an enclosure. Thank-you very much and it was a pleasure doing business with you.” – Bret, Arlington TX-
