Although the Pavilions have the same footprint as the Studios, they will house slightly larger spas. The open sides allow access from all sides, making the interior dimensions less critical.
The Vista and Grand Suite will comfortably house spas up to 8’ measured front to back, and still leave approximately 4’ in front of the spa for changing or accessories.
The Vista and Grand Studios will easily accommodate smaller spas. The interior measures 9’11” x 9’11”. However, 6” in depth is lost because of the recessed entry. We suggest that the spa be placed 4” to 6” away from the rear wall to allow for the operation of an upright style cover lifter (recommended), or space to store the cover if no lifter assistance is used. Cover lifters that store the cover behind the spa are NOT recommended because they often require up to 20” behind the spa for operation. A properly placed spa with a front-to-back measurement of 75” should give you approximately 3’ in front of the spa.
